The off-road tire that invented the all-terrain style tire decades ago, the BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A remains the best-selling all-terrain tire and also the most victorious off-road desert racing and rock crawling all-terrain tire in the world. Regardless of whether you're traversing snow, ice, hard packed, sand, silt, rocks, the slick rock of Moab or pavement, the BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO delivers a knockout to the competition and continues to deliver excellent handling characteristics throughout its long life span.
An extremely quiet ride for this class of tire, the BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO has gone the distance upon such off-road vehicles as the Jeep CJ, Jeep Wrangler YJ, Jeep Wrangler TJ and Jeep Cherokee XJ, logging upwards of 60,000 miles in many cases without a flat. The tire has continually done so despite the abuse it's endured. For example, upon a certain Jeep Cherokee, the BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A preran many miles of virtually every off-road race during a two-year period and endured other adventures such as two Baja Peninsula runs without one flat until the 61,000 mark, when a nail that had been in its carcass since the 20,000 mile mark finally punctured the sidewall after while taking on one of the toughest trails in Southern Nevada's Valley of Fire. Having aired down considerably, the nail met the sidewall and hissed. We plugged it in two minutes, aired it up and drove for another thousand miles or so before retiring the set of tires to some of our amigos in Baja.
These tire has continually served our list of friends, family, racers, adventurers and our team of off-road race photographers for many years and has proven the most versatile and reliable of the lot. A standout among its BFGoodrich brethren, the Baja T/A and Mud Terrain, the BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO is the most commonly seen tire track we've come across in our North America adventures.
